I fear that Ukraine as a nation state is doomed and regime change is only a matter of time. Surely though Putin and his arse-lickers can never be re-admitted to anything resembling an international community ? It's heartbreaking to see millions of people pounded to rat-shit thanks to one man's inferiority complex. It's not pleasant to feel powerless against it, and it's frankly confrontational to realise that the next step is an attack on a member of NATO. Has the West drawn a line in the sand ?
The line is drawn along the borders of NATO territory. Putin is doomed. His world-view is based on "historio-sophic phantasies" - a quote from an open letter signed by hundreds of Russian scientists critical of the war. So, if your thinking/ideology is irrational, if your political aims are irrational, if your personality is paranoid - how can you eventually succeed? You can't - our best example is Hitler! But Ukraine is not doomed. Their fight will take time, patience, sacrifice, blood, courage, heart and soul - as displayed by the Poles in WW2 when they organized their "Home Army" the "Armia Krajowa".
