My first instructor was an ex Wartime Army Commando PTI 6ft tall with huge shoulders, a broken nose and a broad Irish accent.
Then came the Japs with Judo Aikido, Karate and Kendo.
Followed in the 70's by Kung Fu. "Hello Grasshopper".
Now at my age its Tai Chi.
