    Ditched with the cockpit closed. A big no no in WWII. :)

    I saw that footage on the news, I thought it might be an Avenger but wasn't sure. The commentary from the two guys watching/filming it was surprisingly laid back - 'I told you he was gonna crash' - 'Yeah'.
