The honest answer is no. The letter/number combination changed a few times for various reasons. May be able to suggest pre or post WW2 but anything else is pure speculation. Regards Hugh
You can look at the number block and see if anyone has a number similar and ask when they enlisted as I collect to RN i have a list of numbers vs dates so I can get a good guess
