Referring to 2 pows that were considered 'dangerous' at Tarporley there is the sentence - "At least 2 of the C+ are very dangerous men, named in CROCAS and supposed to be frozen by War Crime Commission (LDC)." Does anyone know what CROCAS stands for?
I think the correct abbreviation should be CROWCASS; Central Registry of War Criminals and Security Suspects Central Registry of War Criminals and Security Suspects - Wikipedia Gary
For you Malcolm56 (and Gary Kennedy for his post above) plus all who may be interested. A "gimme" from a while back that has been much referred to in the years since passed.
