    On Stanmore golf course it is placed where the batters whack the bobbly ball
    golf course circa 400ft and quite a hill this is right on the top

    Any ideas (I was going to put it as a Dragons Tooth in another thread but !)
    A tower block for field mice perhaps or even a water hydrant
