    Alice Jemima Johnson and Beatrice E Perkins died when the Truck they were going back to camp in from a Xmas dance hit a wall in Cromer

    Isabella Pace killed in a road accident in Germany

    Vera Tasker killed in a road accident in Germany

    Joan Dale committed suicide by hanging in a stable near her AA battery

    Ruth Constance Fullerton died of rheumatism in Leicester city hospital having just been married lying on a stretcher in the registry office

    Ianah Tait died in the emergency hospital , bridge of earn of a cerebral heamorrhage following a fractured skull as the result of an accident . Private Reginald Elwell of the parachute regiment died of the same cause in the same location as a result of the same accident

    Barbara June cannon fell down steps in Huddersfield and suffered a head injury . She reported sick a week later and died in hospital of meningitis in mill hill hospital

    Annie McLeod Campbell drowned in the river Kennet at Crane Wharf Reading after falling in at 10:30 PM

    Joyce Tedder was shot by her husband , corporal Reginald Herbert Tedder RE in her billet at Halifax with a service rifle which he then committed suicide with . They had only been married for 3 weeks
