Wow! My father, Frank Passic, Sr. (1919-1974) was a Sergeant in the 524th MPBN, Company, B, during WWII, and until his unit was sent overseas in September 1944, they patrolled the western coast states of the US, specifically California, Nevada, and Oregon. He was in Boulder City, NV at Camp Sibert during the summer of 1941. This badge is fantastic!
