Hi all I regret to inform you that Frank passed away yesterday ( Saturday). Frank was in B Company, 7 Para and served in the Ardennes and parachuted into Germany on Operation Varsity. Frank was wounded on the advance through Germany. When I first met Frank a few years ago he said he loved “drinking and fighting” and therefore perfect for the Parachute Regiment. I’m sure a lot of you met or at least saw Frank as he was very active with the Taxi charity for veterans and often seen at their events in the UK and Europe. RIP warrior. Alex.
