The RAD insignia is on his cap. I'd say the pocket badge is a sports award, but haven't double-checked.
The insignia on his arm above swastika explained here. RAD Arm Insignia This is a standard arm patch, worn on the left upper arm of the Reichs Arbeits Dienst, or Labour Corps. The Area and unit number are depicted on an upright shovel head, which was the standard emblem of the RAD.
