First of all sorry for my bad English!

I am looking for a Lt. R. C. Kerrigan. We recently found some of his belongings in my grandparents their attic.
We only know his name, rank and that he is Canadian. He spend a couple of nights at my grandparents their house during the liberation of Emmen (the Netherlands). I really hope you guys can help me find him or any relatives.

    Thank you.

Looks like he survived the war, as The Commonwealth War Graves Commission commerate no Kerrigans serving with the Canadian Forces, or with the initials R.C. in any other forces.

This document by the Canadian Battlefields Foundation shows that the Polish Armoured Division, part of First Canadian Army since August 1944, advanced north from Almelo reaching Emmen on 10 April and Winschoten four days later.

I notice that a Canadian Military magazine Legion accepts notices & readers letters.
