I have found a number of other war diaries for a scattering of Australian units at the Australian War Memorial site. These are not listed under the link in the previous message. You can find these from this link:

Advanced Search | The Australian War Memorial

The additional units are shown on the lower left side of the page along with the number of files for each unit. Be sure to hit the Show More link. The 7th Division Salvage Unit, 7th Graves Registration and Enquiry Unit, the 2/4th Field Workshop and the 2/104th General Transport Company already appear in the main link above. The new units are:

6th Field Ambulance (also includes the distinct 6th Light Field Ambulance)
    116th Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment
    12th Water Transport Company
    2/12th Field Company
    18th Field Company
27th Independent Brigade Group Ordnance Workshop

It appears that, although the AWM is closed to the public, someone is working to add more war diaries online. A new section has been added under Subclass 3/1 - Armoured Corps with thirty-two sub sections. Not all of these have yet been fed in. They are complete through 2/5th Australian Armoured Regiment with most of 2/6 Armoured Regiment there. After that, you will need to check periodically to see if more are added.

This will give us something to keep us busy during the pandemic.

More war diaries continue to be fed into Subclass 3/1 - Armoured Corps as noted above. Keep checking frequently if you are interested.
