Can anyone help convert a map reference MR128315 into an Ordnance Survey or other current format?
Should be somewhere north of Pevensey, Sussex
    Thanks in advance

    this is what I found: Latitude : 50° 53' 24'' N Longitude : 0° 24' 22'' E

That should be in Hazard's Green, to the West of Ninfield on the A269

Here is another excellent couple of links for UK maps
The Library of Scotland link in particular has a 'side by side' viewer enabling you to fade in and out different dated maps with current aerial imagery.
National Library of Scotland - Map Images
Grid reference finder is a good all round resource that I use regularly at work but has been somewhat diminished recently by its loss of access to Google Maps
    Grid Reference Finder
I use the echodelta.net site all the time to find locations in Italy

If you're able to say what it is you were looking for (DM me if it's confidential), I'm happy to check my database.
