I have recently seen a copy of the World War 2 Bromley Situation Records (a/k/a Bomb Census) in Bromley Archives and there are codes in the register that I am not aware of: U.X.U.P. P.A.C. U.X. Cannon Shell Bomb Type - I.B. and in the Casualty columns: D - I assume this is Dead? S L Can anyone assist please. Many thanks
I believe UXUP to be unexplored unrotated projectile from a Z battery PAC is parachute and cable UX cannon shell is just that , unexploded shell of 40mm calibre and below
