With the size of people these days it could be something to do with the public visitors -

I think it should be a degree in Common Sense that is required.

Well after 100 years (on 17th July 2017) I will be receiving the medical records for my Great Uncle directly from the hospital that treated him in Perth, Scotland in July 1917. Would this mean they only now have 2 vacancies instead of 3??

    Nice job.

    Doesn't pay enough. £21k>

Silly really three or four more and it'd just about be doable for several people I know.

    Esp with loan repayments.

    Thanks Lotus7,

I'd like a job like this one, as a way of seeing out the last few years before retirement. I applied for something similar a couple of years back after Captain Sensible highlighted the position (see page 12, post 231 of this thread). I was turned down because I did not posses a degree, but then was asked to join the team (as a volunteer) under the successful candidate due to my research knowledge and experience in structuring a website etc. Bit of a cheek I thought and told them so.:)

I said oh one of them ,do you mean
Anorak tizer and a mars bar
    And he said yes

So i am a cloaked nerd

I'm a nerd and proud to be one! Show me an early Centurion, an interesting map or a well-preserved field kitchen and I'm in heaven ;)
