    Hi Everyone,

Something of a long shot but I'm trying to find anything (first name, photos, unit) about a 'Wing Commander S. Humphreys'.

I posted this doodle from my grandmother's photo album in another thread:

    SKMBT_C35112101513121.pdf

You'll notice it contains the scribble:

"Wing Cdr Humphreys- Stinson Reliant- D-Day +4.
    S.H - D.K.F"

'DKF is my grandmother's initials, and I assume SH is Humphreys.

Granny was at RAF Manston when D-Day happened, working at 155 GR wing (I think).

I don't know much more, any help would be welcome!
