My cricket clubs clubhouse (Timperley CC in Altrincham, Greater Manchester) was used by the Home Guard in WW2. Is there any register of Altrincham Home Guard units & personnel on record anywhere? I am interested to see if any club members were active in the Home Guard during the conflict. Thanks in advance for any help offered. Regards, Gary
