    good day huwman.n.c.yesterday.04:57pm.re:a street scene from the blitz.well done.i was in london during the blitz,we were bombed out.strange now thinking back.the wreckage was quickly cleared away.we were never without power.gas.or water.they.the unseen hero's kept all these things going.your models are great.thank you for posting.regards bernard85

    Very nice composition, particularly like the flow of water from the hose pipe, thanks for posting and well done.

    Some helpful tips on improvement could be to dust down the shiney bits on the figures, and perhaps simulate the flames of the fire with some white/yellow/red flickering LEDs using kits from the model railways.

    Thanks for the compliments and the tips, I did think about LED's but decided against them. What I use is the innards of those battery candles, they look really good. The fire is supposed to be deep seated and putting it out is "not that important" in the grand scheme of things

    A nice Piece of modelling and a Diorama that is not very often modelled.

    Lots of atmosphere in a small area.
