Thanks for your confidence Rob, but I quote:-

"Almost no War Diaries for units of the Polish Land Forces are preserved in The National Archives. Liaison units staffed by British officers were attached to units of the Polish Army and the War Diaries of these liaison units will be found in the appropriate War Diary class.

    NW Europe

    WO171/4303
    WO171/4304
    WO171/8802

I doubt that you'll find anything for the following:-

    1st & 2nd Polish Field Regts
    1st Polish Anti/Tk Regt
    1st Polish LAA Regt

    This is all I found.

Thanks Robert, I will contact the Polish Museum in Breda to ask if they have anything on the unit, there are a few Dutch books about the fighting with some good photographs, but no accounts

The Maczek museum in Breda is probably as good a place as any to get some information. The good thing as well, is that they can probably translate any Polish documents for you.

    Robert.
