    marcus69x I love WW2 meah!!!

I mentioned Vanguard because of the sound effects and manouverability make it, IMHO, the best in the MoH series so far, although I do agree about the lack of levels.

I still think day of Defeat is the best WW2 shooter there is even though I'm only playing the 1.3 version. I'm addicted to capturing those flags. lol.

I've been wanting to have a go of that Hells Highway for a while now but don't have a PS3. Does anybody know if the PC version is any good?

Well all the games I like are not on the list
Hidden & Dangerous 1 + 2 , Castle Wolfenstein , MOH Airborne + Days of Defeat are all great games

    Arlo 'Nulli Secundus'

I would say IL-2 Sturmovik. In the poll COD was my favorite, though I wished they made the game a wee bit longer. It was over in a flash just like COD4, but the gameplay was excellent.

Frontline was the first time I played a game where I had no idea and just staggered around on the beach, with all the noise etc. It stunned me for a while until I woked out what to do and where to go. I would not even attempt to say how those guys felt when they hit the beaches on D-Day. It just floored me.
I ahve played some of the other games and they are good also (except for some of the swearing) but none had the effect on me that Frontline did

    regards

Great game. Many a times I've tried to do that level and make it all the way up to the bunkers without getting hit. Never made it yet.

How some of them made it in real life is amazing to me.

Marcus it is on Wii too, I have it and it was not bad, some parts you really had to think them through, they could cut the swearing though!
