"The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension"

    Trying to upload an 18kb excel file error message keeps coming up "The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension" does anyone know how to remedy this?

    What's the file's extension?
    .xlsx etc.

    Current filetypes allowed, but I can add more very easily:

    zip
    txt
    pdf
    png
    jpg
    jpeg
    jpe
    gif
    kmz
    kml

    If it's a modern .xlsx, you could try save as-ing it as .xls?

    xlsx
    xlsm
    xltx
    xls
    xlt
    xml

    Hopefully that'll sort.
