    This thread has been started to collect headstone photos and any other information on the 2141 casualties (Geoff's Wonderful Search Engine/CWGC database) of the above during WW2. There are 2125 in the RCA and 16 in the RCHA.

    I decided to do this after walking around the Canadian Section of Brookwood Military Cemetery yesterday afternoon Walking up and down the rows I started to take photo of RCA Headstones and after 2 hours I completed the exercise. When I checked the casualties listed there, I was amazed to find over 10% (251 men) of this total buried at Brookwood.

    I will give the honour of the first photo to the following casualty. I looked at this guy in detail and found out the circumstances of his death for his relative Shirley Law, who posted the original enquiry on WW2Talk. The 6 who died with him that day follow his post.
