So, as you guys know, I portray a member of the West Nova Scotia Regiment in a WWII living history group and we have a few members who portray this unit but we are unsure of what the shoulder flash they had looked like. I have the complete WEST NOVA SCOTIA REGIMENT CANADA patch, while the others have cut off the CANADA section and have placed a CANADA patch 3 inches underneath the WEST NOVA SCOTIA REGIMENT patch, is there anyone that can shed some light on which is correct? I have the CANADA green patches which I will probably modify the West Nova patch so it matches the others, but I am just curious. We have been trying to find a good picture but we can seem to come across any on the net of a west novie that shows a good picture of the arm.

As West Novies were 1st Div, beneath the 'Canada' patch would be the scarlet square indicating 1st Div.
As far as I know the West Nova Scotias did not have an integral Canada title. 17thDYRCH, I think he means he's got the regulation green (olive?) CANADA titles, as opposed to having a green Div patch.
