    8. Have you any other matter of any kind you wish to bring to notice?

    The Detaining Power issued booklets to German Camp Commandants illustrating various methods of communications learned during the last war 1914-18 ( i.e. messages in books, cigarette packets etc) but to the best of my observations private gramophone records were never investigated. I submit this observation for future reference. I.R.C.S. & Y.M.C.A. records are not included in this observation.
