Can anyone help me find these two guy's actual testimony, in reguard to passing on the sub sighting, just before the Pearl Harbor attack begain. I have not been able to find it. I would think their testimony, would be in several of the investigations/hearings after the PH disaster.

PDF copies of the Pearl Harbor Attack Hearings before Congress I'll have an HTML version of the testimony and exhibit tables up in a day or two. The Uruguayan Navy has precedence at this time.
