I would first say that my dog has turned a reasonable lawn into a race track and I really should have it re seeded.

Put these out to air yesterday and now they are again rolled up and put back into a wardrobe.
Banners like this don't seem to "surface" on this side of the pond, both these came from the US and size is the down side having said that they still make the impression they were meant to, an echo from the past.

The "party" example is slightly shorter by about 2 yards odd, is a little faded, slightly stained and shows age.
The HJ banner is almost 30 feet odd in length and is almost spotless given its age.

I view the size and colour as part of the selling of the "party", its "values", part of the indoctrination , seduction and control exercised by "the State". Whilst today they are relics of history they are a warning of intolerance, ignorance and warning that a promised utopia never comes without a price.

I really do wonder what passing planes or helicopters think about your house on these 'laundry' days, James... ;)

Adam I did think that as I set them out , given the sad events of the past weeks the PSNI search aircraft are pretty active.

As "Billy Ray Valentine" said in "Trading Places".... "Is there a problem officer ?" :D

Unfortunately my "next door neighbour" is a rather ignorant individual lacking in self awareness and social skills, I totally ignore him, I would glad swap him ( and his equally ignorant "lady" wife) for Mr and Mrs Rosencrantz any day of the week.
