    CL1 116th LAA and 92nd (Loyals) LAA,Royal Artillery

    I have received his death cert and it states died of pulmonary tuberculosis and was formerly a Captain in the Pioneer Corps.



    Alastair Douglas Anderson

    Remembered St Martins Churchyard ,Ruislip
    Died as a result of active service in Burma June 1947

    Also commemorated on the headstone

    Hello Clive,

    MOD Army will not accept the statement made on the headstone. What is needed is the something from his service record stating the cause of death was caused or aggravated by military service.
