I would say these were late war, as Other Ranks in collar & tie and the fact that battledress blouses have exposed buttons.
Thank you Owen, that is interesting information. I came across these photos in a tin along with a notebook containing names and addresses (UK, Aus, New Zealand) and assumed they may have been during enlistment. Dad enlisted in 1940, was captured in Crete and held as POW until May 1945 then was released from service. Maybe these were taken in 1945 after returning to the UK? Need to find out!
