The final parade of the 7th/9th Battalion The Royal Scots in the Rhine Army: Oldenburg, Germany, 26 June 1946. The Colours on parade returned to the home of the Dandy Ninth, and were welcomed back by the Lord Provost of Edinburgh. The Battalion resumed its role in the Territorial Army.
