BATES Edward William
BATES Edward William, Gunner 5038495 68th Searchlight Regiment, 455th Battery, Royal Artillery, (1st Rifle Battalion, The Monmouthshire Regiment) died 13th December 1942 aged 43. He was the son of Samuel and Ann and husband of Fanny all of Newcastle-under-Lyme. He is at rest in Newcastle-under-Lyme,Cemetery, Staffordshire.
