Audey Murphy - MOH

This man needs no introduction, he is simply one of the most highly decorated US servicemen in history and certainly one of the most famous. Medal Of Honor, Distinguished Service Cross, Legion of Merit, Two Silver Stars, Two Bronze Stars and 3 Purple Hearts. At the age of 19, Murphy received the MOH after single-handedly holding off an entire company of German soldiers for an hour at the Colmar Pocket in France in January 1945, then leading a successful counterattack while wounded and out of ammunition.
