Hi Bernard. There are a couple of photos like this. My guess is that this in Europe somewhere - possibly Belgium - and the Lanc is delivering a visiting dignitary/brass hat. And I think the photo of the men on parade is something to do with visit too. But I can't make out the letter code on the side of the Lanc or see clearly who the VIPs might be
