Can anyone please help with advice on how to check out the death of a Royal Artillery Gunner 1606172 Harry Seekins who died on 30th August 1941 and was buried in the churchyard of St Mary Magdalene at East Keswick, Cumbria. He was a member of 205 Battery 68 Light Anti-aircraft Regiment.

I am trying to establish whether this soldier died at Consett, County Durham after being struck by a Hurricane during a mock attack on the aerial defences there which happened on the same day as that given for his death

I've had a quick look on FMP, his Royal Artillery Casualty Card only states that he died in the UK, casualty list states accidentally killed, death registration details below. I suspect a death certificate would only state Killed on War Operations but would be worth ordering in order to confirm location.

This has to be the man -there were only 4 people who died that day in Durham North Western and only one of them was a soldier. Thank you very much for your help.
