    Hi All
The above man appears on the St Albans War Memorial in Denaby, South Yorkshire.
But details of his death or his squadron have not been found. The volunteers researching this memorial have asked me if I can find anything. Hence this post to the experts. This is what we have so far:-

Patrick Aloysius Reel– Corporal – 1057362 – Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, AHQ Burma - Died 27 April 1945, aged 26 – Buried Calcutta (Bhowanipore) Cemetery, Kolkata, India, Plot O, Row G, Grave 20.
Son of Patrick and Mary Ann Reel of Conanby, Yorkshire. Conanby is a suburb of Conisbrough in the Metropolitan Borough of Doncaster. It lies on the border with the civil parish of Denaby.
Believed to have flown out of RAF Cardington, Bedfordshire?

Any information will be gratefully appreciated.

    Thank you
