If anyone requires the original of panel 8, then let me know? On the third occasion i cracked it. Ox & Bucks, Essex Regt & the Sherwood Foresters. I just need panel 9: Middlesex Regt . That's even harder than panel 8 (the sun is in the way all day!)

the thing with you is that i come across headstones that i don't expect to see. The latest Gothic Line study give me two more. I may have to stop taking photos of them? It would be rude of me not to do so when I'm given the chance.

Did you do Colle Belvedere? For the last study. Edit: I do hope you have put in a stand in future when you do Cassino? Sorry to all if I'm going off the thread to a small degree.;)

    Regards
    Stu.

I walked Belvedere today and plotted all the various spot heights mentioned in the French histories. I have now got my head around what was an incredible achievement.

    I salute the French.

I had booked to take my Dad along with my sister and brother on the Leger battlefield tour of Cassino. Sadly, Dad has fallen ill and we have had to cancel. It was his choice of venue, but I am very disappointed to be missing the trip.

That is a disaster because the Italian Campaign is quite something.

If your father recovers by May 20 and still wants to go, I will be running a trip to Cassino on 14-17 May 20. Just get in touch through www.cassinobattlefields.co.uk.

    Regards

Again fantastic.. I hope to be at Santerno Valley, Faenza and Argenta Gap CWGC cemeteries sometime in spring 2020 to visit some more of my father's friends and comrades buried in Italy so perhaps I can reciprocate some element of your hard work at that time.

You've taken some very beautiful photographs there.

There are some very well composed and framed shots--and those perfect blue skies at Assisi and Florence help.

edit: Stu, yours have just loaded--they're not too shoddy either. Nice job.
