This is the AFV Club Dorchester in 1/35th scale. I have some interior photos somewhere so will attach them when i find them.
Thanks Clive, Attached are the interior photos. All images starting 1- are of 1 "The Princess" and those start Thanks Clive, Attached are the interior photos / scratch built changes. First 9 are of "The Princess" the rest are of "The Old Lady"
I say, Top Line old chap! The detail is exquisite, even the courtyard needs a good look. Northern France, or Italy maybe? But your gonna get a couple of questions. Do you know what formations these two Dorchester's were assigned to and a bit more technical, can you label the figures inside the Dorchester by role please, if possible. Regards Fatboy Coxy
Hi Coxy, Firstly thanks for your kind words. As yet other than a few markings, the Allied star, vehicle bridge weight, vehicle names etc I haven't researched which formation to allot them to. I must admit I don't know which title each position holds and the ranks I have used is probably wrong but as it is difficult to now see the interior I am not too worried about it. If you know what each position is please let me know. Cheers Kevin
Kevin - Look at the Trux section of this forum, ARMOURED REGIMENT PLUS ARMOURED BRIGADE HEADQUARTERS and TANK BRIGADE HEADQUARTERS. This will give a good indication of the personnel in an ACV of an Armoured Brigade/Regiment
Hi Neil, Thank you. I was supposed to build them side by side but it never happened. I am currently building the Riich 1/35th scale WASP Mk II and Mk IIC side by side. I love the variety that you produce with your kits but your scale is way too small for me. Cheers Kevin
