What I'm trying to work out for someone was her father in same reg as my father as what it possibly looks like
On my father's it's 542 67th searchlight regiment 18/7/ 1940 would that be the possible date he was transferred to the 67th regiment ?

Careful. May be typos but you're in danger of muddling 542 and 452 Batteries both of which are mentioned.
542 Battery was part of 236 Searchlight Training Regt.based at Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
452 Battery was part of 67 Searchlight Regt

    Not so.
The limited information given in your attachments shows:
#1 Enlisted 542 Battery 236 Searchlight Training Regt and transferred to Admin Battery for Agricultural leave..
Then posted 26/9/41 to 452 Battery 67 Searchlight Regt.
#4 Enlisted 216 Searchlight Training Regt, Battery not shown. This Regt was based at Abergele, Conwy.
Then posted 18/7/40 to 452 Battery 67 Searchlight Regt.
Better info probably available from the full Service Records rather than the limited scans you have posted.
    Hope this helps.

    This may help.

In 1938, the 6th (Glamorgan) Bn. The Welch Regiment was converted into an anti-aircraft searchlight regiment. It did not become part of either the Royal Artillery or Royal Engineers at this time, technically remaining part of The Welch Regiment. The headquarters and three companies were all based at Maindy Barracks in Cardiff, which was also the Depot of The Welch Regiment. The unit was absorbed by the Royal Artillery in August 1940 and designated as the 67th (Welch) Searchlight Regiment, Royal Artillery. It served with Home Forces in the U.K. until November 1944 when it was converted into the 67th Garrison Regiment. In February 1945, it was redesignated as the 608th Regiment, Royal Artillery (Welch). As such, it saw service in North West Europe from March 1945 onwards.
