For those of you interested in railway guns, the USN's History and Heritage Command has a book online that covers USN guns in WWI. A search should get it lined up for you. If not, give me a holler.

Still waiting for this model to be released. When I saw the above post I let it be known that it would be acceptable as a birthday present in June but the release date was steadily put back. I have the locomotive to pull it all ready and waiting. I have let it be known that it would make a nice Christmas present but the latest release date is December/January.

I think that in future I will ignore the future release teases.

Never mind I am happily painting some British and Indian cavalry figures circa 1900. The autumn sunlight is good for this.

Latest release date is 'between March and April 2019'. Is there anything between March and April?

I see there is a DCC sound fitted option, is that just the loco or have they chipped the gun as well?

    Whoopee.

Hatton's have them in stock. I ordered mine before telling anyone else. Should be waiting for me on my birthday this year. It missed last year.

My birthday is on the anniversary of Waterloo.

Did one of the jap plastic model companies make a railway gun and a Karl Morser with railway bogies?
I might still have the KM somewhere.
I think the same firm made a V2 with a command vehicle too.
