Sailormann, On the forum home page, there is a tab titled "resources". Go to page 3 of 4. About 2/3 of the page down, you will see" Heritage Canadian War Diaries Spreadsheet " compiled by forum member Dryan67. Kudos to him for taking the time to prepare such a valuable research tool. The info you seek should be there. If not, I suggest sending Dryan67 a PM. If he is unable to locate the WD please send me a PM. I have a researcher based in Ottawa ( compliments of forum member Klambie ) who for a small fee should be able to locate the file. Good luck.
None of the regimental infantry War Diaries were digitized, so I don't think the spreadsheet won't help.
Thanks. Might need to go that route and have someone go into the LAC and copy. I've been following the War Diary Spreadsheet for updates and the Heritage Canadiana website in the hope the Regimental Infantry War Diaries show up digitized. No luck so far. I do hope this does happen as that would be a great for researchers.
