Well we are still on 50 litre per day rations.
Our dams are at 55.1% at the moment compared to 26% this time last year.
The restrictions will only be lifted when the levels get to 85%

We don't have any restrictions yet in my area, but this will come soon enough. I think the temperatures here have been more surprising than the lack of rain. Between 25-32 degrees C for about a month. We Brits just can't cope with it all!!:D

A basic idea as to using 50 litres per person per day. It's surprising how quickly we adapted though we are only two people and don't have a garden.

That would be quite a challenge in my house, with two daughters in their twenties, Diane.

Residential water use in my municipality averages 189 L per day, per person.

That is entirely due to Ontario having more than 250,000 lakes which contain about one-fifth of the world's fresh water.

Who is being held responsible for this drought? Are charges pending?
