New CWGC Commemoration 6th Decemeber 2011

    CWGC added the following casualty to its database today.

    PO Walter FORD
    P/222298 Royal Navy, HMS Victory
    Died 20.10.41 Age 55
    Commemoration: Portsmouth Naval Memorial, Hants

    NOT FORGOTTEN

    The above was an In From the Cold Project case.
    - PO Ford died of unspecified causes (Volunteer: Steve Morse)

    Commemoration now moved to Bramley Cemetery & he is to receive a CWGC headstone.
